ORDER PROCESSING
It may take approximately 1 to 2 business days to process
an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen.
SALES ITEMS
All sale items purchased at a reduced price are a final sale
and cannot be returned or exchanged. Coupon codes do not work on sale items.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
ShopBlacklight.com may cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item
is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your
complete order is canceled if item or items are out of stock.
In the event that part of your order is out of stock, ShopBlacklight.com
will remove the out of stock items from your order, and will ship the items
on your order that are in stock. You will not be charged for the removed items.
If the out of stock items are still desired, please keep checking our website
for the availability of the items that you want in order to reorder them.
SHIPPING POLICY
We require a signature for all deliveries. (You cannot Waive Signature Delivery).
In the event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order
will be shipped to the billing address.
Fedex & UPS does not deliver on federal holidays.
Fedex makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and after the third attempt Fedex
will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent any further
complications with your delivery: please make sure to give us your most accessible
phone number.
In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the
shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit
for the returned goods.
Please note that it may be longer for Fedex to make a delivery; we cannot control
the package once it leaves ShopBlacklight.com.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
Refunds are not permitted unless ShopBlacklight.com has sent an incorrect size,
an incorrect or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an
exchange of the incorrect item or damaged item for the correct item or a replacement.

WEB CREDITS
Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy
that determine a Web Credit, a customer will be issued a web credit minus the shipping
costs that can be used to purchase products on ShopBlacklight.com.
CANCEL ORDER
You may only cancel your order via email to
info@ShopBlacklight.com up to the time the
order is shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order.
You can only return the order for a Web Credit. You are responsible for shipping costs to
and from ShopBlacklight.com.
