ShopBlacklight.com warrants that the product you have purchased will be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage for the duration of the Limited Product Warranty period. For the warranty period of one year after original purchase online. ShopBlacklight.com will repair the product at no charge. The Limited Product Warranty starts on the date of delivery with your original invoice as your proof of purchase. You will be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition for receiving warranty service.

If ShopBlacklight.com receives, during the warranty period, notice of a defect that is covered by this Limited Product Warranty, ShopBlacklight.com will repair or replace the product, at the option of ShopBlacklight.com. This is your exclusive remedy for defective products. ShopBlacklight.com shall have no obligation to repair or replace until the defective product is returned and tested.

The Limited Product Warranty does not apply to expendable parts, damaged or rendered defective (a) as a result of accident, misuse, rough and careless treatment, abuse, tort including negligence or other external causes, including but not limited to force majeure; (b) by operation outside the recommended usage parameters including, but not limited to, temperature maximums or other natural calamity; (c) by improper repair or adjustment made by professionals other than ShopBlacklight.com; (d) by loss or damage in transit. The warranty also excludes the damage or worn of the case, band, glass or battery.

The remedies provided in this statement are your sole and exclusive remedies. These terms and conditions supersede any prior agreements or representations, including representation made in ShopBlacklight.com sales literature or advice given to you by or on behalf of ShopBlacklight.com in connection with your purchase of the product. No changes to the conditions of this Limited Warranty are valid unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the company.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ShopBlacklight.com MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND IMPLIED GUARANTEES OF ACCEPTABLE QUALITY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ShopBlacklight.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES,UARANTEES AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD.
